We are Southampton based, bringing fitness classes to surrounding areas, such as Romsey, West End & Southampton and now globally online.

Due to Covid-19, classes can now also be accessed worldwide via Zoom with on-Demand options to your home.

Zumba

Zumba is an easy to follow, choreographed dance exercise class, suitable for all ages. Zumba brings music from all around the world to create a unique fitness class that will leave you smiling and feeling energised.
With the wiggling and shimmying you can work off between 500-800 calories per class. So make sure you give it everything!

- Improves heart and lung function
- Tones, shapes and sculp your whole body
- Good for the mind as well as the body

Zumba Gold

Zumba Gold is low impact, easy to follow latin inspired dance workout.
It incorporates all our favorite zumba dance moves but at a slower more controlled pace, whilst still having the party atmosphere of a regular Zumba class.

Zumba Tone

Zumba Toning is the same great latin - flavoured exercise party as Zumba, the unique difference is that you hold light hand weights (toning sticks) to increase the toning effect of the arm moves.
It also includes specific moves to tone the legs, bottom, and tummy to assist with toning. Suitabe for all over 16.

Fitness Pilates

Fitness Pilates is a group exercise class that focuses on the body as a human kinetic chain. By applying the fundamental Pilates techniques and exercises Fitness
Pilates aims to ofset musculoskeletal imbalances, improve posture, movement quality, mobility,flexibility, mental cognition, core strength, form and function in a
non-intimidating, highly accessible and enjoyable way. Fitness pilates variations also include FP Hiit/ Intervals, Relaxation, Stretch & Breathe classes and Power Pilates incorporating weights.

FP is to identify basic postural and movement imbalances and through Pilates based exercises and breath:
- Increase muscular imbalances
- Improve posture
- Facilitiate ability to optimally function occupationally and recreationally
- Improve core strength
- Improve mental cognition
